PUMA - WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! stay away!!!!

I have purchased a pair of running shoe in July 2024. About a month later, both shoes started tearing on the side by the ball of the foot. I have contacted the Port Elizabeth branch, who was most helpful in exchanging the shoes.

The second pair started tearing in exactly the same spot as the original pair within a month. I have tried e-mailing PUMA, and every time I get a auto reply back stating that they do not accept online returns (THIS IS NOT AN ONLINE PURCHASE!!!) and that I must visit the store. The store can't help me again as they have already exchanged the first pair.

When trying to phone PUMA, you only get a message stating that the operators are busy and cannot attend to your call. You must then leave a message for them to return your call - which they never do!!!!!!!!

This is THE worst pair of running shoes I have ever purchased and THE worst service ever experienced (not from the Port Elizabeth branch).
