PUMA VERY POOR SUPPORT, DON"T SHOP THERE

I have been trying for a month to return some items purchased on their website. I spoke to Audrey, over two weeks ago and was assured that FedEx will collect. I received an SMS on 7 Jul saying the item will be collected within 48 hours. Today, 13 Jul, still no courier has collected my return. You can phone both FedEx and Puma any time of the day, the phone just rings. Even at 1 am, "We have been experiencinh an unusual high volume of calls, please leave a message" , there is never a call back from Puma. I regret buying anything from PUMA.
