PUMA Sports Online - Terrible After-Sales Service

Terrible after sales services, I purchased a few items online, and nightmare started when I tried to return an item. It's been six weeks of excuses and still PUMA SA has not sent a courier to collect the item. There is no urgency on their side to collect and refund becuase they have already been paid and don't seem keen to refund the items I am returning.
