Puma South Africa is a ****.

On the 5th and 9th of December 2024 I bought Caps via Puma online and even to date I have not received my orders. I contacted Puma head office and I gave their consultant my order numbers and she said she can't pick it up on their system. I find it to be strange because the same order number it is generated by their online system. Then the lady asked me send a proof of payment of which I did. Since then I have not heard anything from Puma. Last week I took a risk thinking that I am taking advantage of the special that was running online, I then bought a pair of sneakers and a cap but still to date no email received. I contacted Puma this morning to follow up on the resent order then the same lady I spoke to last year December tells me the same story of sending proof of payment. Guys besides this platform where can I report this company to in order to get my money back. Puma online is a serious ****.
