Puma South Africa - Don't deliver goods

Ordered online and sitting with the courier for 2 weeks.. Sent 4 emails to support - No response.. Called 20 times to helpline only got thru twice.. Promised to sort it out and call back - Never did Called the courier company Dawn Wing - promised to deliver and call me back - never did..

Terrible service..
