Puma South Africa and the lack of customer service. An ongoing story.

Plenty of complaints from a range of customers on this platform experiencing the same issue..bad after sales customer service.

I had logged a return on the 7th of August 2024 and my return has not been actioned. I have called and emailed on numerous occasions and I have not received a response.
