Puma sneakers no inner souls

Ive never been embarrassed before , i buy a sneaker and when i get home there are no inner souls and im told that an investigation has to be done( meaning i could of took them wow) only got assisted after i had to be irate 😡 then only they see the person did not check the sneaker inside at the till, ive never got such back service ever before from Puma and im disappointed the store manager didn’t even feel the need to speak to me as im not that important im here to try my luck in scoring inner souls 😡
