Puma sneakers

I bought sneakers at Puma online in June when they had a sale. After 2 months the sneakers are tearing apart. I had contacted puma and I was told ‘As per our manufacturing policy the fault listed does not fall under the manufacturing bracket unfortunately.’ I am so disappointed as Puma as a brand, i was not expecting to be sold **** sneakers.
