Puma shoes - Terrible Quality

Bought shoes for my partner and myself and 4 months down the line they are coming apart! I contacted Puma and they said I need to take it back to the store I bought it from, because I didn't buy it from a puma store they can't help me! Shocking service and shocking quality. I will never buy another puma product
