Puma SA returns a gimmick

I purchased a Motorsport track suit from the online store. The item did not fit. On the website it states a free return policy and pick up.On the 10 July 2020, I put in a request to have the items returned. I filled in all the required fields on the returns site. No one came to collect the item. I then sent another email on the 21 July 2020 with regards to the same return. I received an email with the link to complete for returns. I then clicked on the link and started to fill out the form. I was told on the link that the return had already been received and that I could not fill in the request again. I then sent an email again, stating the predicament I was under. To date I have not received any correspondence with regards to this return. I am very dissatisfied with the service and I discourage anyone from buying of their website. The 30 Day return policy will expire and I will be stuck with an item that does not fit.
