PUMA SA PAYBACK MY MONEY

I bought a clothing item online worth R700 online, payment went off to them but due to a “technical error” I could not proceed with the checkout.I informed them about the incident and sent my banking details as they requested. They promised to refund my money within 14 days but it has been over 6 months and there is no payment from them. I have been very patient with them, whenever I call to follow up they always promise to get back to me and no one does. I am so ****ed and disappointed.
