Puma running shoes and service are a disgrace

Worst after sale service and running shoe quality. I have done minimal kms on my Puma shoes. I have sent a complaint email to Puma SA. They reply with a general mail that gets fw. I have sent numurous emails and absolutely no intention of even phoning me or a proper reply.
