Puma refused to give me a refund for a manufacturing defect i did not cause

Hello Mikhail,

Apologies for the delay in response.

Please see below feedback from our quality control team.

This does not warrant a refund or return.

It's well over it's usage period. Once the first signs of wear is showing or any deterioration, that is when they should be returning or highlighting the faults. It's too late after first signs. We unfortunately, cannot refund or return for exchange.

This was a message from Puma when i had logged a complaint almost 1 month ago about my soccer boots tearing after only a few months and only been worn less than 10 times and i could not get a exchange or refund. This was the 2nd pair of puma boots i got that have had a manufacturing defect. the first was exchanged because i noticed the problem immediately. this one is was unfortunate to see it late. But given the amount of money ive spent ( over 2k ) i dont think its something a customer should be monitoring.

Whatever happen to customer service! I waited almost 1 month for a response that if my initial email was read by capable person they would've noticed that the time the email was sent that my items would've been out of a refund policy. Why should i wait 1 month for a quality team to reply a message that customer service has the power to reply to
