Puma online shopping REFUND - RE: INVOICE NO: P*** (RETURNED ITEM)

Puma online shopping REFUND - I've looked at the statement numerous times, called the bank numerous times and there is still no refund. Looked at my bank statement from January to current.

Standard bank cannot ascertain where the funds are, and was going to contact you.

It surely puts a disadvantage of shopping online at the Puma store , and I've purchased twice from your online store. This was my first refund, which has still not been received. -
