PUMA Not Fond Of Returns!!

Just a simple return has proved to be a nightmare! My 'box' has been stuck at the Clicks collection point now for a week because I'm being sent from pillar to post. PUMA says they have sent several emails to Pargo to get the waybill number sent to me. When I called Pargo, they sent me back to PUMA again.

Tired of being a ping pong ball, it's been 2 week already!!

I just want my refund please?! :(
