PUMA FRAMES

My husband got PUMA frameless glasses from the optician a year ago, today he was taking them out of their case and the arm snapped off. <br> <br> So he goes to the OPTICIAN and the optician says a) they are out of warranty, b) they are discontinued and c) yours is not the first case we have had of this happening to this BRAND.<br> <br> I am utterly disappointed and appalled that PUMA has faulty frames and that no one has done anything to say, apologies, how can we help, as we know that model is FAULTY!!!!<br> <br>
