Puma evoPower 4.2 rugby H8 boots tearing after 2 rugby games

<p>I recently bought myself a pair of Puma evoPower 4.2 rugby H8 boots. After playing 2 rugby matches I noticed a tear on the inside of the left boot were the material is glued to the bottom part. After seeing this I was very disappointed because my previous pair of rugby boots lasted 3 years. So I went to MB Sports in Middelburg Mpumalanga where I purchased the rugby boots. Thier response is that the boots did not tear it just pulled out and that I can play with it as is. They will not refund me although I am thier customer and they should solve this issue with Puma themselves. Currently they are waiting for feedback from Puma thats almost been 2 weeks. I feel that me the customer was not treated right by MB Sports and Puma is taking to long to reslove this. As I feel now I will never buy from MB Sports again nor will I buy any Puma product agaib because of bad quality. </p>
