Puma are absolute sharks!!! Do not trust them!

I bought size 8 shoes at the canal walk store in century city. They were worn for one day and I realized they were a bit small. I then attempted to exchange for a larger size and was refused saying that they need to be returned in the same condition.

The sales person told me I can return them in the same condition within 30 days. I was NOT told that they cannot be worn at all. The shoes are still in mint condition. What is the point of telling a customer they can be returned in 30 days if you cannot even wear them????

I have now paid another 1500 for a larger size which is an absolute ripoff !!!

I am absolutely disgusted at how puma conducts business and will not be going there again.
