Poor service

POOR SERVICE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT ,THESE PEOPLE DON'T KNOW WHAT IS SERVICE. I ordered sneakers last month 26/05/2020 till today I haven't received them. I logged a complain through Instagram, Facebook and sent you an email however no one bothers to call you back to assist. Instead you get those automatically generated emails.
