Poor service

Good day such poor service I am unable to get through their Cresta store sent an email to customer service on Wed till today no feedback even called there head office in cape Town the receptionist' was not helpful I asked for the area Mgr of the store she transferred me to the str which goes to an answering machine called back held on over 15mins no answer in head office
