Poor return

I have been using Puma online shopping for the longest time and I have never had a problem with returning my orders up until the last order I had to return.

I logged a return on order P*** on the 12th August 2024. Their return auto reply promised to collect the parcel within 3 days, but till today 18 September 2024 I haven't been contacted for collection. I have sent many follow up emails and none is being rep**** to.

Today I went to their Puma store in Centurion mall, I was there for over 30 minutes but they couldn't help me because I bought the item online and their instore and online policies are not the same.

I am real disappointed in Puma, I have never expected this kind of service from such a big brand.
