Poor Quality and Service from Puma

It's disappointing as I've been a loyal customer for more than 20 years, I've always loved their shoes. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes through online store, they are 2 different brands. I especially kept the puma for special occasions and yet after a year, of which I've not worn the puma anywhere close to as much as the other, I find that the puma is breaking. The quality is absolutely shocking, it's so bad that a pair of Pumas I bought before this pair is in better condition. When I raised it with Puma, they responded saying it's normal wear and tear, even though the other shoe that I wear nearly everyday is still in tact. They completely just dismissed my evidence as well.
