Poor online shopping service!!!

Puma SA has the worst online service - they should just sell through etailers and not directly. I returned a pair of sneakers more than a month ago and since then I never hear from them ago. According to their return policy I should have received my refund within 14 days... But here I am complaining on Hello Peter because:

1. They didn't answer my emails 2. They didn't answer my calls (waiting for 20min to speak to a call center agent twice) 3. They didn't respond to my Twitter DM.

Like I am so done with this brand. So done!!!
