Poor customer service from Manager

on the 12th of December 2017 i purchased a sneaker at puma store Value centre springfield and have only worn it once and late december noticed that the shoe has torn due to the nature of my work could not get time to go and change at Puma store and today the 08 of January 2018 decided to go and exchange show little did i know i was going to meet (Shane the Manager) he made me feel as if im nothing he shouted at me in front of everyone at the store and treated me , i kept my cool and and kept asking him what have i done wrong as you can clearly see for yourself the the shoe is torn ,He was very rude and very ****** toward me,iv concluded that im never ever going to buy or recommed anyone to Puma you guys are blacklisted and thanks to Shane god know how he even became a manager,
