Poor customer service

First time experince at this store was hallirious.Went to Puma Rosebank on Thursday 25 November 2021 to buy mi baby girl a pair of sneakers i went there with my collegue who asked a sales person who was assisting us what happens if the shoe doesnt fit our kids since its a black friday special can we exchange he rep**** by saying yes,i took a size 3 only to find out when i got home that the shoe doesnt fit my lil girl,went back on friday asked if they have a size 4 a guy told me that yes they do he even took the box to show me that they have i told him to keep it since i forgot the slip at work and i dont work far from Puma it takes me 5min to get there,when i came back with the slip to my surprise i was told by the guy by the name Shadrack that they wont exchange for me cause that size 4 is for their regular customer who booked it last week Monday wow didnt know Puma has regular customer who book a black friday sale..anyways i was also told that i was dramatic those sneakers are cheap,as i said before i work but after the service i got i rather take a taxi and go to the one in Cresta,Left mi slip and those sneakers till to date no one has said anything to me....Pathetic customer service
