Poor Customer Relations PUMA STORES CENTURION

I bought a pair of sneakers from the Puma Store at the Centurion Mall on Sunday the 25th May 2025. I used the sneakers twice and noticed that there was a tear on the right shoe which at first I thought was a crease on the leather. I took the boots back on Friday the 30th May 2025. On inspection by the store manager called Faith who then esculated the issue with the sneakers to her regional manager called Gugu . I was informed that Gugu will call me by the end of business on Friday. On Saturday the 31st I called the store and asked for a response and was told that the RM will call me. I did not receive a response.This brand shop called Puma has minimum business ethics, and they are totally unprofessional in contacting a client has promised. My family has spent more than R5000 at this store and if this the way customers are treated, I suggest customers should stay away this store. I intend to report this behavior of the RM to the consumer council as the conduct of them are unprofessional. All I wanted is for the response in replacing my sneakers. It's sad in this society that customers are treated with blatant disrespect. The store manager refused to give me the regional managers telephonic and told me that it's her company policy not to do so but however they are not responding to my complaint. I would suggest that future customers at the Puma Stores should be wary of this unprofessional conduct of the stores management
