Planet fitness personal trainer

A personal trainer called Andrea at planet fitness shouted out in the gym that I touched her bum when I complained to management as it was a lie and they have the camera footage where I never touched her at all. They said they following in house HR procedures and breach of contract protocols but will keep an eye on her.

She was wearing puma attire as personal trainers there are to wear puma or black and I never even got an apology so really am disappointed with planet fitness and bringing this to pumas attention as a lot of other staff and members and even other personal trainers have had issues with that personal trainer but planet fitness is not doing anything about it. Gavin the regional manager was the one who investigated and didn’t even apologize
