Pathetic service

Orderd 2 pairs of sneakers online using my 60% VIP black Friday voucher and paid order P***. 2 days later after I contacted them for confirmation I got a email to say I will be refunded within 10 days they don't have my stock....I mailed back to ask if I can get the 60% voucher as I got in the first place so that I can buy something else that is in stock(this would customer service correcting their mistake) the agent replies "we cannot predict stock availability (no sense...means it's then always a gamble) you will be refunded and if you wish to shop we are running black Friday specials" This is very bad service giving the customer back the same voucher would have been right and make me happy for the future as the customer is the one that cannot not know what's happening in the warehouse. I hope my refund will go smoothly and no endless waiting and phone calls fighting for my own money... No black Friday cash for me for choosing to spend it here.
