Pathetic service

Wish I could give it a -5 stars! Absolutely pathetic service! Placed my order successfully nogal on the 17th January 2021, chose the quick 3-5 day delivery, because it's a Birthday gift. Only to get a mail on the 5th day to tell me the item I've "successfully" ordered is out of stock. Phoned costomer service to hold the line for 20 min. Only to be told I'll be called back immediately, needless to say no call, it's been 2 days. My email is still unanswered! This feels totally like a ****! Absolutely pathetic!
