Pathetic service

I bought two pairs of sneakers online and I logged a return on the 3rd of February 2025. Since then it’s 3 weeks now I’m still waiting for the courier to come and collect. I have contacted them via facebook they keep saying someone will contact me but never received a call. Also tried to email and no response
