PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM PUMA ONLINE

Pathetic customer service from PUMA is disgraceful will never purchase from them again.

Bought a pair of shoes for my daughter but she didn't like the shoes. Logged a return on the 23rd of December 2024. I received an email and sms to say the pathetic courier service that they use will collect the shoes. It was never collected no communication from the courier service and from PUMA. I've sent out emails with no response the customer care number is to no avail. PUMA never followed up on my return R***6 pathetic a return confirmation I received in December 2024 It's February 2025 and no communication
