P*** - PUMA Frustration

I made an online purchase on the 15th January for an amount of R1200. I was informed on the 18th January that there was no stock of my order and I will be refunded within 14 days. I did not receive any refund by the 04 February 2021. I sent an email querying , only to be told that my banking details was required. I provided this and was informed that the refund will take a further 14 days . I did however receive payment on the 08th February 2021. But to my dismay it was only 50% of the total value. I sent through another email querying this , only to be informed once again that my refund was processed and will take a further 14 days. I have not received any further communication or refund to date.
