Order was returned on 8 Nov, confirmation received 10 Nov via email

Order was returned on 8 Nov, confirmation received 10 Nov via email. Follow up email was send on 30 Nov regarding the credit/refund to my account. It is 20 Dec yet no update or phone call and still waiting for payment.
