Order not delivered, no communication.

I placed an online order on Puma South Africa’s website on the 12th of January 2025 and received a confirmation email. After the confirmation email, I’ve never received any communication from Puma SA with regards to my order and when I try to check the status of my order, I find that nothing has changed; it’s still stuck on “pending”. I sent them emails, sent them messages on Instagram and tried calling but there was no response. I went to Puma store at Menlyn and they also couldn’t do anything to help me because the people at the head office ‘take time’ to respond to emails.
