Online store no longer viable

Sadly, the online store, deliveries and returns process used to be slick and brilliant. A recent return has gone so poorly that I am now left with posting negative reviews online so that others hopefully don't go through the same.

Logged a return 1 day after receiving my order due to incorrect size of shoe. It has been near a month and no one at Puma is replying to my mails or answering the support contact number on their site.

At this rate, it would likely be easier to sell the shoes on FB marketplace to try and recoup some of the costs.
