Online Returns

The service for online returns is absolutely ridiculous. I sent my item back two weeks ago and still have not received any feedback. I've called in twice and was told they will get back to me still nothing. I called in the 3rd time and after 20 mins on the phone and still no consultant to speak to as well as no response on my email. The service is terrible.
