online orders issues and customer support

Puma online store South Africa has the worst service ever. i ordered RS-X sneaker online and they acknowledged my order and took my money too. just when i was waiting for the delivery confirmation 2 days later they send me a message that there was some issue with my order (not telling me what exactly). i was told my money will refunded in 2 days. i had a 2nd option if the original sneaker was not available( which till this day is still available on their site , with my size). i sent a message to their support team and i was given an auto reply with a reference number saying they will call me shortly. no one called and i had to lodge another query , which i was given another reference number to follow up on the original request. Please do not buy on Puma online as these guys are ************* and also do not give any regards to customer care. As i am writing this, they have not contacted me
