Online Order Non Delivery

I made an order for shoes on pumasouthafricafactory.co.za on 07 Feb 2023 and paid. To this day, I have not received a tracking number for my order. According to the mail orders should take 8-15 days for shipping. There is no contact number to call. I tried calling puma Head Office on 021- *** and was on hold for 15 minutes with no one answering. Extremely poor service if I cannot even contact customer service to find out about the order.
