One in a million!

<p>Never before have I experienced such wonderful customer service as when I visited the Puma at the pavillion. A highly competent and friendly young man, by the name of Ayanda, went out of his way to help me track down a shoe that was out of stock, going so far as to call me daily to keep me posted on the status of my request. This is the stuff of legend, so I do hope that Ayanda is handsomely rewarded for his efforts. To all other retail stores, do your business a favour and send your staff to this guy for training in top-notch customer service.</p>
