NOT WORTH YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! IF YOU HAVE TO BUY ONLINE, BUY ADDIDAS OR NIKE

I bought an item on sale online (https://za.puma.com/). The transaction went through, payment was made and was successful, or so I thought. Was excited about my purchase.

Received an email the next day notifying me that my refund will be processed and that I should allow 14 days for it to appear in my account. No explanation whatsoever as to why that is the case.

I eventually received my refund after a week, but still no explanation.

The status of the parcel is still "PROCESSING" (a week later).
