Not rich enough

Hi recently visited the Puma Store in the Canal Walk Shopping Centre. This was my first time purchasing at the Puma store. I walked in and no-one came over to assist. When i looked around the 3 sales guys/gals were standing behind the counter doing who knows what.

What aggravated me a lady came in, probably rich enough judged on her attire, the store assistants then rushed to asked her if she needed any help and at this point i was followed by the security in store. I did not look rich or my presence in the store did not make the cut because i had on a shorts etc.

I left the store at this point and my wife convinced me to go back because i saw some clothing i liked. I then went back to the store and looked for a sizes myself while being hawked by the security. Once i got the sizes and the items i wanted some sales assistant came to ask if i need assistance.

The only problem i have is that only when they saw i was going to purchase i was asked that if i need assistance and not when i entered the store like the other customers, after roaming the store for about 10+ min.

Just wanted you to know that i will not ever purchase at your store ever again.
