NOT REFUNDING ME FOR A RETURN! ****MERS

I am only giving one star; because the is no option to give ZERO; because that is exactly what they deserve!!!

It is almost two months since I returned a soccer jersey and my refund has still not be processed. They claim they did but when I ask for proof of payment they went mute. I have been following up for weeks and their calls go straight to voicemail. You get told to leave a message but that is also useless because no one will get back to you. Their facebook team was responding initially now they are going mute, Not sure what ****ming business is happening there but they will not get away with it. I am approching the Consumer Good and Services Ombuds. I WANT MY MONEY.
