No Response on Calls and Emails

Who can we escalate to for such horrible service from PUMA, their customer call care phone is not going through, I wrote many emails and inbox on their facebook page with no lucky. I returned 4 pairs of shoes and I cant get my refund. Something has to be done because I can see many customers are getting same service from PUMA. This is horrible
