Never Buy Off The Puma Online Store

Like many South Africans, I was enticed by Puma's Black Friday specials, like an idiot, I trusted their messaging that all orders would be shipped within 2 to business days, more than enough time to get my Christmas presents on time.

I placed my order on 30 November 2024 and can officially say it's 2025 and I still have not received it! I have not even received communication that it was even prepped or even maybe sometime in the future it will be delivered.

Their support call centre number does not work. Rings a few times and they tell you no one is available, no matter the day of the week or time of day!

I've tried mailing their support email address, still no joy, only generic messages to look out for a tracking number that is well over a month over due.

Such a shame and disgrace. Their physical stores are excellent and I used to be big fan of Puma.

Don't get Lured in, save your money and STAY AWAY from the PUMA ONLINE STORE!
