Month delay for delivery

Good day

This is really becoming a problem now it's been a month since I initially bought these sneaker I struggled getting the refund now I'm struggling to get this to the intended address it's not my problem that someone didn't do their job to get this package to the right address.

Can someone get this package today and deliver it where it needs to go or just refund me simple. Why must a person be properly attended to when they go to Social platforms to complain then only things get done.

I've been corresponding with Lin and Melanie and was assured that this will be sorted by yesterday but I'm still waiting.

I originally bought this sneaker on the 25th of June my daughter still doesn't have it with her due to your back and forth this is my money I deserve proper service for the money I paid but instead getting ****py service.
