Missing item

I made an order online, 11 November 2024, and had my order delivered on 18the November 2024. On the box it said 6 items, I had ordered 7. There was no invoice in the box, at all! I searched everywhere!..I expected a refund, and thought the item wasn't available, I went back to their website, only to find the item still on stock.l I sent an email a week later, thus week received a call from the courtier company asking me if the box was tempered and I was not tempered. Puma hasn't gotten back to me, I am left with a debt and no sneakers! Such a huge company not even trying to sort out customers concerns and complains. No time frame given to sorting out thenissue, no feedback on progress! What do I say to my kids now! Oh just relax Puma is allowed aas a giant company to subtly ***** fro us, we won't have the money to fight them, it hold them accountable!...Thus being my only favorite brand, ai am extremely disappointed.
