Lost parcel

Made an order on Thursday 08 July 2021. On 12 July 2021, I received a message from the courier informing me that my parcel has been delivered at the pick up point and ready for collection. Today, 14 July 2021 I went to pick up my order only to be told that my parcel was not delivered or received as said by the courier. I have contacted you asking if you could please investigate into the matter. It might have been it was delivered at the wrong pick up point. Yout customer service was of no help at all. I am very disappointed and want a refund!
