Firstly it was a struggle to return sneakers I had bought online cause their site dint allow me then I called them after sending numerous emails and screen shots that I wasn’t getting through in terms of returning the parcel, they then came and collected without even telling me that they will collect, just rocking up and what if I wasn’t home? It’s been more than two weeks now since they took it but still the process of them refunding me is taking forever. I call and email but no one makes means,,,never seen such *********** in my life, m never shopping puma online ever again.
