Impossible to get your earned points when purchasing from Puma shops

I’ve spent with Puma Rosebank shop over R30,000 in the last few years, one of the reasons I shop there is that I suppose the receive points for every purchase that are redeemable for next purchase. Unfortunately to receive those points at this specific shop is always a mission, their standard excuse is that their system is not working. Same story with the shop at Mall of Africa. You need to really fight to get the points. Even though next to every till there is a sign that if you join the program, you will earn points with every purchase. Only this month I’ve purchased for over R3000 and received an sms that I have earned zero points. Clearly it’s either due to un trained staff or a ****!! I was promised that I will be contacted by phone, email, sms… nobody did. I still did not receive my points which is very unprofessional. I am still waiting for someone to contact me to resolve the issue!!
