HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT!!!!!

My profile stopped working in July 2023 till today i cannot place any orders on their site, i have logged multiple requests and they keep saying its fixed when its not, first they removed my discounts and i lost out on the products i wanted to buy due to their horrible service then they tell me i need to call the head office to bring back my discount, this has always been on my profile without a problem but now i must call them for something they removed???? I just want to be able to buy my Puma products monthly as i have been doing and now i cannot do it because someone in your department decided to fiddle with my profile. I definitely would not recommend this retailer as the service is **********. Think i should pay Nike and Adidas a visit and just delete this Puma profile because wow 3 months to fix a profile is NOT NORMAL!!!!!!!
